Last night (wed.) we had a dinner/goodbye night with out parents and everyone had a great time, with speeches and presentations , as well as goooood food. No pictures today but as it is late but i will put them up asap. THe picture count for me is around 850 so ive been keeping busy, and the photos on the site are just the surface. We are considering making a "gallery' for the good pictures in school which i think would be amazing. Thnk you to Emma and Emily for posting msgs, and even though its easy enough for alix to make an account, i will help everyone when i get back. lol We have had a couple meetings discussing the future of P2k and we have some very goood ideas that we will bring back to canada and what we tried to accomplish was to brin p2k into a year round thing, not only the trips in november and december. Today we took a tour of Ramot Hagolan which was very interesting, most of the area Israel captured from syria, and it was very interesting to see the damage done. We also went to a winery where we all tasted wine, and took a tour of the whole process. It was a long day but we did learn alot. Tomorrow we are heading to volunteer and visit an army base, as part of our tzedakah project , and then we are running a workshop for grades 4,5 and 6. After that we are going to spend about 6 hours at Canada center in Metulla, i hear we are swimming, playing basetball , and skating if we want, and everyone is really excited. As well i have more pictures to put up and i will try and do that asap probably, tomorrow afternoon for for you winnipegers. We arrived in Tel Aviv after a couple of delays but we still got there in time to light the menorah for the last night of chanukah on the beach. The weather has been nice, abit chilly with the breeze, but us winnipegers are pretty happy. Weve done many things, went to the indepedence hall in tel aviv, did tree planting, went shopping, and much more,,,, i just cant remeber right now because it feels like we have been here for 2 weeks....... We just arrived in Kiryat Shemona, and it was amazing to see everyone at meet everyone new. Im at yakirs house right now and i think were going to play pool at the mall soon... anyways the trip has been very good so far and everyones very excited for the stay In kiryat shemona.
